Alpha Epsilon Chapter at University of Tennessee

Kappa Delta

Chapter Housing

The Kappa Delta house itself is a 4.5 million dollar estate with 3 floors, 2 being housing floors.
When you first walk into the house, you will enter into the foyer, with a grand stairwell open to the second floor.
There is a 1.5 million dollar, state-of-the-art kitchen that is utilized by our hired chef, Miss Brenda, to prepare our well-balanced meals. There is a TV room where sisters can relax, watch TV, or study. This room has assigned hours for quiet which is perfect for study time!  The White Rose Room is located off the foyer and it is a sophisticated room for alumni. Clayton Hall is our main room. This is where chapter meeting is held, meals are eaten, and events take place.  For the residential floors, there are rooms around the perimeter, 2 girls in each room. In the middle of the floor there are community spas. Our spas are unlike dormitory community bathrooms; 4 showers with frosted glass doors, 4 bathroom stalls, and 6 sink stations with hanging mirrors. The second floor has a back porch with chaise lounges.
